Access and use of this webpage are governed by the Terms of Use (the “Agreement”), and as such, you should carefully read the Terms of Use page prior to using the webpage. By accessing the webpage, you are agreeing to abide by and be bound by the terms of the Agreement and by all applicable laws. Please allow 2 to 3 days for your order to be processed. Shipping usually take 3 to 5 days depending on your location. We use a variety of couriers to best suit your needs. We will tell you which courier company is handling your delivery when we send you your shipping confirmation email.
Please use the Shipping Estimator tool in your Shopping Cart to calculate the shipping costs. The finalized charges will appear in step 3 and 5 of the checkout. These costs are calculated based on the number of products in your selection and your shipping address.
Backorders: Most items available for purchase online will be in stock, however, due to fluctuations in Internet sales, and variations in our various warehouse inventories certain items may not be available. If your order contains an item that is on backorder, your order will not ship until the item is in stock. The amount of time for out of stock products to be replenished at our warehouses ranges from 1-2 weeks, but it may take longer depending on manufacturing schedules.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, all unworn merchandise (regular price and sale) may be returned in its original package, along with the Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA - without it no refund will be credited), for up to 1 month from the date of purchase. Refund check will be sent to your billing address. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please call our customer service at 1-800-833-8643 to get your RMA number before returning the merchandise.
Once your order has been placed, you can view your order status by accessing "My account" and then "My orders". Please note that it may take a moment for the system to update all new orders.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: Credit cards: Cfmuniforms.Com accepts all Canadian Visa and Mastercard credit cards.The billing information you enter must exactly match the information as it appears on your credit card statement. This information is used as a part of the validation process of your credit card. Your phone number and email address are also required in case our Customer Service team needs to reach you about your order.
Debit cards: Cfmuniforms.Com is pleased to offer the Online Interac service, whereby you can use your bank account to directly make purchases on our site. Once you select this option, you will be routed directly to your bank’s online banking page.
Cfmuniforms.com does not accept cheques or cash, credit vouchers or international credit cards.
Please note that the shipping and billing addresses must be valid Canadian addresses (PO boxes are not accepted).
Q: Is it safe to shop on Cfmuniforms.Com with a credit and/or debit card?
A: Cfmuniforms.Com guarantees a completely secure shopping experience. All credit card information and other confidential information are encrypted using SSL technology. Your credit card information will not be retained once you make a purchase.
Q: Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
A: Cfmuniforms.Com charges sales tax as we would in our CFM office. Outside of Quebec, only GST will be charged. Shipping charges are also subject to sales taxes.
